A note from the creator

InnerWeathr was built by someone who needed it.

Diagnosed with anxiety and depression at 14, I spent years feeling everything deeply and never understanding why. I was never given the tools to understand myself. I was just told I was sensitive.

It was not until everything finally broke open, physically and emotionally, that I began the long journey back home to myself.

I began a deep self-study of the relationship between emotions and the nervous system, immersing myself  in the work of Dr. Gabor Maté, renowned for his insights into childhood development and trauma,  Dr. Joe Dispenza, known for his research on neuroscience and the mind-body connection, and  Dr. Joseph Murphy, a pioneer of the New Thought movement whose teachings explored the power of the subconscious mind and affirmative thinking, alongside many other influential teachers and modalities. By applying what I learned through years of study, personal development training, coaching and facilitation certifications, and a wholehearted commitment to my own healing, I became regulated for the first time in my life. The questions I had carried since childhood finally began to make sense, and I found the answers I had been searching for.

I began to teach what I had learned. In simple words. The way I wish someone had taught me.

When I started working with youth, I realized this was never just my story. It was the story of an entire generation. Feeling everything deeply, yet understanding little about why.

InnerWeathr is everything I wish someone had handed me at 14. The answers I spent years searching for, translated into the simple, accessible language and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

When I stopped surviving and resisting the direction life was taking me, I surrendered to the process and allowed it to guide me.

This is where that journey led me.

Welcome to InnerWeathr.

Peace & Love Zorana <3
